These terms apply when you order on robowok.com or use Robowok Rewards. Robowok is run by 2726197 Ontario Inc.
Ordering
- Online orders are for pickup at 4-1876 Oxford St W, London, ON N6K 0J8. We don't deliver from this site.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars, and HST is added at checkout. The total you see before you pay is what you are charged.
- Pickup times are estimates. When the kitchen is busy, your order may take a little longer.
- Show your order number when you pick up.
Paying
Square processes all payments. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a Robowok gift card. Gift cards are sold by Square, and Square's gift card terms apply to them.
Cancellations and refunds
Once paid, orders can't be cancelled online. If something is wrong with your order, email info@robowok.com or call 519-473-0201 and we will make it right.
Food allergies
If you have a food allergy, call us at 519-473-0201 before you order. Everything is cooked in one shared kitchen, so we can't promise any dish is free of an allergen.
Robowok Rewards
- Joining is free. You earn sizzles at the kiosk, at the counter and online. The current rate and rewards are on the rewards page.
- Sizzles and tickets have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Welcome tickets work on online orders only. Each one has an end date, shown on your rewards page.
- Post for sizzles: it has to be your own real post of our food, tagged @robowokld with #ad. One post a month. We check each post before the sizzles are added. We never give rewards for Google reviews.
- We can take back sizzles that were earned by mistake or by breaking these rules.
- We may change or end Robowok Rewards with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will be posted on the rewards page.
Mistakes on the site
We try to keep the menu, prices and hours right. If we find a mistake that affects your order, we will contact you before we make it, and refund you if you would rather not go ahead.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
